1. The character transfer will occur during the next routine maintenance (which occurs each week).

2. After the transfer, everyone on the friends list will be deleted. You will be removed from your guild as well, since the guild doesn't exist on the new server.

3. If you are the leader of your Guild, be sure to hand over authority as guild master to another player before leaving your server. Failure to do so will result in the guild getting disbanded, and will not be able to be recovered.

4. To avoid having a character with a duplicated name, you should give the VIP Commissioner at least 3 different names to choose from, in case your name is already taken on the destination server.If the character name is not the one you entered in your application after you transfered your character to another server, please contact us via the VIP Live Support to change the name again.

5. There is a 5,000,000 gold transfer limit when moving to a new server. So it is suggested that you should transfer anything over 5,000,000 gold to another character prior to the transfer.

6. You can apply for a character transfer on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. If you're transferring to a server, make sure the character slot on the destination server is Empty. (The original character 1 will be character 1 in destination server too. It cannot be character 2.) All applicants' accounts will be temporarily locked one week before the transfer,until the character transfer is complete.

7. You can not transfer your character to a server that has not been open for more than 3 months. Please remember that once you've submitted a character transfer application, you can not transfer your character again for another 3 months.

8. Each character transfer will cost 800 IGG Points to submit. Please make sure you have enough IGG Points available before submitting your character transfer application. Once your application has passed verification, your IGG Points will be automatically deducted. These points can not be refunded.

9. Character Transfer is currently only available for VIP and VIP-Bound Accounts.

10. A maximum of 3 characters can be transferred every week. This is on a first-come, first-serve basis, so make sure you submit your application quickly. Applicants can check the time table below to know what time they will be transferred.

11. Please make sure that you are single before you transfer servers, any married characters must get a divorce first to prevent any problems that could arise.

12.At present we had some technical difficulties that prevented players from logging into Capricorn server.
