We would like to thank all of you for your constant and continued support! As more and more players join the VIP community, it is our obligation to enhance our service in accordance with this development. To consolidate the rights and interests of VIP accounts, some of the policies have been modified in an effort to provide you with better account security.
1.The rights and interests of a VIP account cannot be transferred. It will become effective after the account has become a VIP, and apply only to the VIP account itself.
You can only progress to the next rank after achieving the previous rank. (e.g. you cannot jump from 1-Star VIP to 3- Star VIP.)
After your VIP account levels up, the consumption is re-calculated in the account valid period (12 months from the first day of the following month after VIP Star Grade is determined), but not the whole accumulated consumption since becoming a One-Star VIP.
2.VIP Live Support is a distinctive service aside from the 24/7 Live Support of IGG. It is only available to VIP accounts and Bound accounts currently.
The valid duration will be revised to,
Sunday:9:00pm-12:00midnight GMT-4
Monday to Thursday:1:00am-6:00am and 9:00pm-12:00midnight GMT-4
VIP Live Support maintenance: From 3:00am to 5:30am GMT-4 every Thursday
3. A Non-VIP account must first purchase at least $399 USD so that it is qualified to apply to become a VIP. Click on(Apply For VIP) to begin completing the application to be upgraded to a 1-star VIP account the day after the account becomes qualified by purchasing points. Please contact Live Support if you want to apply to become a VIP instantly.
Please make sure the information that you fill out on your VIP application is correct. IGG is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect information.
VIP applications will be accepted in 7 business days. Please check the registration email box at that time.
