TOP VIP Gifting Delayed

Dear VIP pirates,

As we continue the march into TOP II, we want to make sure there will be as few hiccups as possible. With more server migrations coming up, we've decided to distribute VIP birthday gifts and gifts for upgrading VIP status after all servers have completed the migration process, which is currently scheduled for September 13th.
