Due to the New Year's Day, there is holiday from December 31st to January 3rd EDT (GMT-5), so we will be bringing down VIP Live Support starting from December 30th 11pm to January 3rd 5am EDT(GMT-5). The VIP Live Support will open from January 3rd 8pm EDT(GMT-5).
