To help streamline our services, we will be ending VIP Live Support services for Galaxy Online, Freesky Online and Lords Online starting at 11:30 PM (GMT-4) on Mar 17th.

In the future, players can submit problems or suggestions to our Service Center. Since taking steps to simpify the process, it's now easier than ever to have your questions and concerns resolved this way. The closing of VIP Live Support will not affect any game operations or VIP Privileges.

You can also send any queries you may have to our GM e-mail box or our VIP e-mail box. We will always help resolve your issues in a timely manner.
