VIP Necklace Event: Driving Balloon Monster!

Dear fellow pirates,
 

Sailing the high seas hasn't always been an exercise in luxury and comfort. Centuries ago, when ships actually had sails, sailors spent much of their life on the sea. As a result, some had trouble when it came to land battles and other skills us land lubbers usually mastered first. To help get our Pirates familiar with what they need to succeed on the land, as well as the sea, the Tales of Pirates team will be holding the special Driving Balloons Contest.

10:00 p.m. January 24th  EST(GMT-5) Dream Island Servers
10:00 p.m. January 25th  EST(GMT-5) Mystic Ocean Servers
 

Event Location
Spring Town(3212, 2506)
 

Event Description
1.  At the start of the event, players must have their VIP necklace on them when they arrive at Spring Town (3212, 2506) to sign up. After they arrive, the GM will then add them as friends. Registration will last for 15 minutes, and late entries will not be accepted. 

2. After the registration period, the GM will teleport the entrants to the event location and hand out their Entry Prizes. Players must stay and wait for the GM's instruction. At this time the player must not do anything to affect the event, or their qualification will be canceled.

3. After the event has started our GM will randomly appoint two players to play. They must first summon the Balloon Monsters, and then drive Balloon Monsters from one side to the other side of the event location. The one who is faster will win and enter the next round.

4. When all the top 3 places come out, the event will end.
 
5. When one player is brushing away the Balloon Monster the others must stand aside. No player is allowed to walk close to the player of attack them or they will be tossed out of the event.

6. The GM will award the top 3 entrants:
   The 1st Place: Win a chance to select any of the 3 black dragon gems.
   The 2nd Place:Win a chance to select one gem from the 2 remaining black dragon gems.
   The 3rd Place: Win the remaining black dragon gem.
 
7.  IGG reserves all rights to the final judgment of the event and prizes.
