Changes To VIP Service

Dear VIPs,
 
In order to provide more efficient and specialized service to our VIP players, the following adjustments will be made to VIP Service with effect from Feb 27th 2014 EST (GMT-5).

1. VIP Live Support will be made available exclusively to 3-Star VIP account.
2. VIP Online Service and Email Service will be available exclusively to our 1-Star VIPs and above.
 
Note: The adjustments of VIP Live Support will not affect the game operation and players can submit their problems and advice through our Service Center. We have streamlined our Service Center functions and now it's easier than ever for you to submit questions, problems, or anything else. Thanks for your understanding and continued support!
