Changes To VIP Service (Update)

Dear VIPs,

In order to provide more efficient and specialized service for our VIP players, the following adjustments will be made to the VIP Service with effect from April 29th 2014 EST (GMT-5).

 

Adjustments to the VIP validity period:

The validity period of 1-Star VIP will last for 2 months.

The validity period of 2-Star VIP will last for 4 months.

The validity period of 3-Star VIP will last for 6 months.

Note: The VIP validity period starts from the first day of the following month after VIP Star Grade is determined.

 

Adjustments to the VIP Grade maintenance requirements:

When the total amount of purchases doesn't meet the requirement to maintain the current VIP Grade, the VIP Grade will be lowered by one level, as shown below.

If a 3-Star VIP account doesn't meet the requirement to maintain the current VIP level, it will become 2-Star VIP with a validity period of 4 months.

If a 2-Star VIP account doesn't meet the requirement to maintain the current VIP level, it will become 1-Star VIP with a validity period of 2 months.

If a 1-Star VIP account doesn't meet the requirement to maintain the current VIP level, it will become non-VIP.

 

Note: Kindly please check the total amount of purchases of your VIP account within it's valid VIP duration to avoid any unnecessary loss.
