VIP Transfer Service-Update

1. If a player meets both of the following requirements then they are more than welcome to enjoy this service for free.
i. The service is valid between a player's VIP account and his other account(s), or between a player's VIP bound account and his/her other account(s). Both accounts must be on the same server.
ii. 80% of IP addresses of the two accounts involved in the transfer must have been the same for the last three months.

2. Items Covered: Oceanic Fairy, Certificate of the Overlord, Thalassocrat, Certificate of the Commander-in-chief,7-Sea Shield, All the Untradeable Items gotten from Super Wheel of Fortune & The Pirate King's Treasure, New pet whistle (Shadow Reaper, Flaming Urus, Ice Fairy, Hell Wolf), Freezing Equipment Drawing

3. Note on the transfer of pets:
Pets from Level 1 to 5 are able to be transferred between accounts. A pet will end up in the target account at Level 1 with random attributes. The pet's Equipment, skills and slots, however, will not be restored.

4. Note on the transfer of ship equipment(Update):

Due to technical considerations, ship equipment will not carry over the additional stats within (like sockets, gems, etc.) after transfer.

5. Number of transfer allowed during the VIP valid period.
2 transfers for VIP1
3 transfers for VIP2
4 transfers for VIP3
Up to 3 Items are allowed in 1 transfer.

6.Information Submission:
We are creating a dedicated page especially for submitting this kind of report. After a player has submitted their complete report, they must contact Live Support or VIP Live Support to provide their report link.

7. Report Submission and Processing:
1) Submit a complete report
i. Click here and log in.
ii. Click "Voyage Century Online" as you choose the game.
iii. Click "VIP Account Service" as you choose the question type.
iv. Choose "Appointed Items' Transfer Service".
2) Contact Live Support or VIP Live Support for further confirmation
3) VCO to verify the reported application.
4) Inform players of the verification result and service charges during the working hours of Tech Dept, IGG, which is 09:00pm-12:00am & 01:00am-06:00am EDT (GMT-4), Sunday to Thursday.
5) Obtain the player's permission to provide the service and levy corresponding charges.

8. This service is effective after the announcement.
