Note:
1. The GodWar Online gifts will be sent to Prize Chest. Please make sure you have enough slots for the gifts before claiming the gifts. Please check the Prize Chest of your character to claim your gifts in game.
2. Update Gifts: Players can claim update gifts once each time they update their VIP level. Update gifts can be claimed at any time. When gifts are claimed, the VIP level will be recorded.
3. Birthday Gifts: Players can only claim birthday gifts once each year. Birthday gifts must be claimed before the next birthday or they will be forfeit. When gifts are claimed, the VIP level will be recorded.
(Exchange IGG points for GW points on your birthday, and your character will win additional B-Gold. The B-Gold rewards will be credited to VIPs' characters within 7 working days after their birthday. All gifts will be sent to the character with highest level in your account automatically if no appointment made in advance, all gifts are bound and can only be sent to VIP accounts.)
4. Monthly Exchange Rewards:
1) VIPs must claim the Monthly Exchange Rewards in the first five days of this month for the rewards of last month. Remember to claim gifts every month, or they will be forfeit.
2) According to the exchange amount of our VIPs, we will send the appointed rewards in accordance with the regulations.

Bound Account Privileges and Services
1. Bound Accounts will have full access to the VIP Zone.
2. Bound Accounts will receive VIP e-mails detailing event news in advance.
3. Bound Accounts will enjoy the partial VIP service privileges and be supervised by VIP support.
4. Access to some VIP events and the VIP Activity Log.
5. Free recovery of a deleted character within 7 working days.
