The rights and interests of a VIP account cannot be transferred. It will become effective after the account has become a VIP, and apply only to the VIP account itself.

After your VIP account levels up, the purchase is re-calculated in the account valid period (12 months from the first day of the following month after VIP Star Grade is determined), but not the whole accumulated purchase since becoming a 1-Star VIP

You can only progress to the next rank after achieving the previous rank (e.g. you cannot jump from 1-Star VIP to 3-Star VIP.)

For example:
If an account is upgraded to a 1-Star VIP account on Oct 10^th, the account will be eligible for all VIP privileges on Oct 10^th,but the VIP valid period will begin Nov 1^st and continue until Oct 31^st of the next year
1. How to upgrade a VIP account (a) A Non-VIP account must first purchase at least $399 USD so that it is qualified to apply to become a VIP. Click on (Apply For VIP) to begin completing the application to be upgraded to a 1-Star VIP account the day after the account becomes qualified by purchasing points. (b) 1-Star VIP accounts must purchase $600 USD or more within the valid period, and then click on (Upgrade) to apply to become a 2-Star VIP account.Telephone confirmation of your account's security is required when your account is ready to upgrade.
(c) 2-Star VIP accounts must purchase $2000 USD or more within the valid period, and then on the first day of the next month, the account will be automatically upgraded to a 3-Star VIP account.
 

2. How to remain a VIP account 3-Star VIP Details
(a) When the total amount of purchases reach $2000 USD or more, 3-Star VIP service for the account will be automatically extended for an additional 12 months.
(b) When the total amount of purchases reach $600 USD or more but is less than $2000, 2-Star VIP service for the account will be automatically extended for an additional 12 months.
(c) When the total amount of purchases reach $300 USD or more, but is less than $600, 1-Star VIP service for the account will be automatically extended for an additional 12 months.
(d) If the total amount of purchases is less than $300 USD, No VIP service extensions will be given.

2-Star VIP Details
(a)When the total amount of purchases reach $600 USD or more, 2-Star VIP service for an account will be automatically extended for an additional 12 months.
(b)When the total amount of purchases reach $300 USD, but is less than $600 USD,1-Star VIP service for an account will be automatically extended for an additional 12 months.
(c) If the total amount of purchases is less than $300 USD, No VIP service extensions will be given.

1-Star VIP Details
(a) When the total amount of purchases reach $300 USD but are less than $600 USD, 1-Star VIP service for an account will be automatically extended for an additional 12 months.
(b) If the total amount of purchases is less than $300 USD, No VIP service extensions will be given.

3.Rights IGG guarantees (a) IGG guarantees that we will keep players personal information secret except in the following situations,
    1. Disclosure is authorized by the player.
    2. Disclosure is required keep the public interest
    3. Disclosure is needed to vindicate the legal interests of IGG.
(b) IGG also reserves the right to hold activities of any kind in game and to alter, interrupt, or terminate some services at our discretion.
(c) Players must obey game world rules and regulations. If we find any VIP account that is engaged cheating or disobeying game rules, we reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary, including cancellation of VIP qualifications.
(d) IGG reserves the right to punish and seize accounts engaged in fraud.
(e) IGG reserves the right to deal with the trades of VIP accounts as we deem necessary.
(f) IGG reserves the right to pursue the issue and receive a final explanation for accounts engaged in illicit behavior.
